Attractive chimney cap for multi-flue masonry chimneys. Measures 14-in x 14-in from screen to screen; requires a 17-in x 17-in masonry chimney top for 24-gauge galvanized steel base flanges to mount properly; hood measures 20-1/4-in x 20-1/4-in. 24-Gauge removable galvanized steel hood with scalloped corners and roll-formed edges allows for extra strength and easy cleaning. Made with 18-gauge 3/4-in galvanized steel expanded metal mesh. Attractive black powder coat finish helps it to stand up to the elements. Top-mount design attaches easily and securely with included tap mark masonry screws and tube of all-weather construction adhesive. Acts as a spark arrestor to prevent most ascending sparks from reaching the outside. Not recommended for use in situations where oil or coal is burned or when wood/pellets are used as primary source of heat. Made in the USA.
